Where the passion begins
Philip Junge
Philip studied mechanical engineering and business administration in Konstanz and quickly moved into the start-up world after starting his career. He was co-founder and managing director of VEACT, a successful start-up in the field of automotive marketing. Today he is still closely networked with VEACT and heads the Customer Engagement product area at MSX International. Philip has been an active player in tennis and badminton since he was young and loves kite surfing.
Steffen Peters
Steffen has over 20 years of experience as a software architect and consultant in international projects. After studying business informatics, Steffen founded the company SPS., which develops and operates cross-industry enterprise software products. In his free time, Steffen likes to play padel and go mountain biking.
Michael Lachenmaier
After training as a tax clerk and the examination as a tax consultant, Michael is now a manager at Lerner, Lachenmaier und Partner. Michael is also a member of the board of the Wirtschaftsjunioren Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg and is involved there among other things for business start-ups. Michael is a passionate mountain biker.
LET'S PLAY
The idea for spoboo came about in 2007 when Philip had just moved to Munich after completing his studies. It was difficult to find people in the new city who played tennis or badminton at a similar level. Clubs were the solution, but even in a club it wasn't always easy to meet up spontaneously.
As the years went by, business trips became the order of the day (yes, people used to actually travel to business meetings in person) and Philip found that he had no opportunity to pursue his hobbies other than to visit the hotel gym. He didn't want to go running alone - he wanted to do sports with people: he wanted to play tennis or football. didn't work

In 2020, Philip met Steffen, who was already working on a similar idea. The idea of joining forces was obvious and we founded spoboo (spoboo stands for sport buddy booking). We start with the platform in February 22 in the Munich area and hope for active participation. We want to do something good with the platform, connect people, create friendships.
We put our heart and soul into the platform, but we depend on all of you to make spoboo successful.
Our goal is to network the whole of sports-loving Germany.
